Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved in a variety of hotels, hostel, universities and apartments throughout Edinburgh City Centre many within walking distance from the Conference Centre.
In order to qualify for the specially negotiated rates detailed below, please contact your chosen hotel/hostel/apartment directly, and quote the booking code detailed in the list below.
All rates quoted are per room per night. Please note that although special rates have been negotiated with each venue a limited number of rooms at a further reduced rate may also be available through various booking websites.
Rooms are limited for each hotel and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The rates detailed below are only guaranteed up to 6 weeks prior to the conference, after this time rooms will be offered subject to availability.
We would encourage delegates to book early to avoid disappointment. Credit card details will be required at time of booking as a guarantee to cover any cancellation charges. Please ensure you confirm with your hotel their cancellation terms at time of booking.
If you do not arrive at your accommodation on the due date, your credit card will be charged for the first nights accommodation and any subsequent nights will then be cancelled.
